How Does It Work?

4 stops · One account

No pile of forms. Four stops from sign-up to delivery — all on one account.

01Registration stop

Sign in with your phone number or your Google account in one step — your account opens instantly, no password hassle. Then you state your starting intent (I have cargo, I have a truck, or both) and enter your company details; no form ever asks again. It is not a lock: every account can post in both directions.

  • Phone number or Google — no separate password
  • Intent is not a lock: ship and carry from one account
  • Privacy and marketing consents at first sign-in, one by one
  • Verified badge with tax number and transport licence

02The desk

Post your listing in one sentence

36 categories, one sheet. You type your cargo or your vehicle row by row; route, dimensions, equipment — all in a single table that reshapes itself per category, and every row is a separate listing. The sheet adds up volume and tonnage for you.

  • Road · sea · rail · air · warehouse · customs · insurance · rental · driver · packing
  • A listing runs 14 days and renews with one click
  • Third-party details are never asked in the listing — data is shared at the deal stage

03The board

Match and message

Your listing lands on the board; anyone on the other side with a lane alert hears about it at once. The phone number is written in the listing text; the e-mail is masked, only a signed-in member can reveal it, and you see who did. Bargaining happens in the message thread; if you like you make a structured offer, and once it is accepted the deal is sealed in one step.

  • Lane alert: pick the route, vertical and category, matches land in your pocket
  • Structured offer: amount + validity + terms
  • Phone in the listing, e-mail masked
  • Browsing the board needs no account — open to everyone

04Delivery

Agree, deliver, rate

Both sides say “Deal” (or an offer is accepted) and the job is booked — the listing leaves the board automatically, so no pointless calls. After delivery mutual rating opens; stars build up on your profile, and verified, highly rated accounts rise to the top of every list.

  • A deal is sealed by both confirmations or by accepting an offer
  • Once booked, the listing closes automatically
  • Rating is mutual and only after delivery
  • Reputation accumulates; bad actors fall off the board

Which Side Are You On?

Two routes · From sign-up to the first job

The four stops above are the same for both sides. Below, each side has its own road in order: what a company with trucks fills in and when, and where a company with cargo starts.

SUPPLY · COMPANY WITH TRUCKS

I Have Trucks — Looking for Cargo

Write your fleet into the ledger once; every listing after that fills itself with one click.

  1. 01Sign inBrowsing the board and making an offer on a load both need no account: name your price, verify your number, and the offer reaches the listing owner. An account is for putting your own vehicle on the board and receiving offers — no password, one tap.
  2. 02Fill in the welcome waybillName, phone and the “I have trucks” choice — two minutes including the privacy consent. Company title and city are optional, but they help with matching. You are never asked again.
  3. 03Complete your company identityTax number, tax office, billing address and city go into settings once; no listing form asks for them again.
  4. 04Collect your badgesUpload your tax certificate and transport licence. Only the Control Tower sees the document — the board only shows the badge. If your number is Turkish, verify your phone by SMS as well — it is required to publish a listing; once only, and never asked again unless your number changes.
  5. 05Register your vehiclesDriver and plates, vehicle and body type, maximum capacity, current status, location and working area. All on one sheet; your fleet ledger never appears on the board. With a large fleet you copy from Excel and paste straight into the same table.
  6. 06Post your listing, set your alertFlip the switch on the Vehicles sheet in Listing Tracker — the vehicle goes on the board with its saved details, no separate form. If you want a different route or a note of your own, pick the sign from “+ New listing” in Post & Track and write your row on the sheet. Save your lanes in the Alerts stop too: when cargo lands on your route, word comes to you.
  7. 07Agree, deliver, rateA job is sealed two ways: the cargo owner accepts your offer, or you both say “agreed”. At that moment the cargo listing leaves the board; once you both confirm delivery, mutual rating opens — there is no one-sided score.
DEMAND · COMPANY WITH CARGO

I Have Cargo — Looking for Trucks

Describe your load once and let the offers come to you.

  1. 01Sign inYou can browse the board without an account; opening one is all it takes to message and collect offers.
  2. 02Fill in the welcome waybillName, phone and the “I have cargo” choice, with the privacy consent on the same screen. Company title and city are optional, but they help with matching. Until this form is done, the message and offer line stays closed.
  3. 03Complete your company identityTax number, tax office and billing address. The carrier also looks at who it is hauling for.
  4. 04Collect your badgesSubmit your tax number at the Account Verification stop; the Control Tower reviews it, while an EU VAT number is checked instantly. A badged cargo listing draws more offers. If your number is Turkish, verify your phone by SMS as well — it is required to publish a listing; once only, and never asked again unless your number changes.
  5. 05Describe your loadIn Post & Track pick your sign from “+ New listing”; route, dimensions, the vehicle and body type you want, temperature range, cargo type, delivery terms and deadline are all asked in one sheet, column by column. Every row is a separate listing, and a half-finished sheet waits for you on any device you sign in from.
  6. 06Compare the offersAmount, currency, validity and note sit on one card. Check the company’s badge and rating, then call or write; the phone number is in the listing text and the e-mail is masked.
  7. 07Agree, take delivery, rateThe moment you accept an offer the job is booked and the listing leaves the board. Once both sides confirm delivery, mutual rating opens.
