Frequently Asked

Short answers here; the longer ones are at the how it works stop and in the legal documents.

01How do I become a SeyirGo member?

No password, no long form — it takes a minute. You do not need an account to look at the board; membership is for posting listings and talking to the other side.

  1. 01Open the sign-in stopSign-in and sign-up are the same place. If it is your first visit, your account opens by itself whichever way you come in; you do not need to “sign up” separately.
  2. 02Pick your doorType your phone number, tap “Send Code” and enter the 6-digit code — that verifies your number too. Or tap “Continue with Google” below and choose your account.
  3. 03Fill in the sign-up waybillChoose “I Have a Load”, “I Have a Vehicle” or both; the choice only arranges your panel, every account can post in both directions. Name and phone are required; company name, vehicle type, country and city are optional. The required consents sit in a single box; campaign and cross-border transfer consents are optional. The terms of use are not asked here but when you post your first listing.
  4. 04Verify your phoneIf you signed in with Google, a phone card waits on the screen right after sign-up and at the top of your panel: the code arrives, you enter it, the card disappears. An unverified account cannot post listings; numbers from outside Türkiye are not asked to verify.
  5. 05Save your laneOn the “Which lane do you work?” screen, tap the lanes that have listings on the board today and save, or type your own lane. When a load or an empty vehicle appears on that lane, you hear first. Or tap “Skip for now”.

The long version of every stop is at the How It Works stop.

02I run a company with trucks — how do I sign up, step by step?

Seven stops, all on one account; the first five are done in a single sitting.

  1. 01Sign inThere is no separate password; at the sign-in stop you continue with your phone number or your Google account, and the account opens on first sign-in. You do not need to come here to make an offer on a load — that door is open without an account; the account is for putting your own vehicle on the board.
  2. 02Fill in the welcome sheetAfter the first sign-in a one-page form appears: pick the “I have trucks” role, write your name and phone — those two are required — and tick the privacy and authority consents. Company name and city are optional; fill them in anyway: the company name goes on your listing’s trailer board, the city is used in matching. As a fleet owner you also confirm the driver-data undertaking here. The user agreement is not asked here — you sign it when you publish your first listing, with the text belonging to that plate.
  3. 03Complete your company identityAt the settings stop you write your tax number, tax office, billing address and website once; the listing forms never ask for them again.
  4. 04Collect your badgesFrom the Account Verification stop submit your tax number and transport licence. Only the control tower sees the document, the board shows just the badge — and you can keep posting while the review runs. If your number is Turkish, verify your phone by SMS as well — it is required to publish a listing; once only, and never asked again unless your number changes.
  5. 05Register your trucksOn the Vehicles tab of Listing Tracker every vehicle gets a driver and plates, a truck and trailer type, maximum capacity, its current state, where it stands and the area it works — all on one sheet, row by row. If your fleet is large you copy from Excel and paste straight into the same table.
  6. 06Post a listing, set an alertFlip the key on the vehicle row — the vehicle goes onto the board with its saved details, with no separate form to fill. Save the lanes you run at the alerts stop and cargo on your lane comes to you.
  7. 07Shake hands, deliver, rateA job is bound in one of two ways: the shipper accepts your offer, or you both press “deal”. At that moment the cargo listing leaves the board; once you both confirm delivery, mutual rating opens — there is no one-sided score.

03I have cargo and need a truck — how do I sign up, step by step?

The same seven stops in a different order: browsing the board needs no membership, collecting offers needs an account.

  1. 01Sign inYou can walk the board without membership; to message and collect offers you continue with your phone number or your Google account at the sign-in stop.
  2. 02Fill in the welcome sheetOn the one-page form that follows the first sign-in, pick the “I have cargo” role, write your name and phone — those two are required — and tick the privacy and authority consents. Company name and city are optional, but fill them in: the carrier looks at who is handing over the cargo. The user agreement is signed when you publish your first listing. Until the form is done, the message and offer line stays shut.
  3. 03Complete your company identityAt the settings stop you write your tax number, tax office and billing address. Carriers also look at who they are hauling for — do not leave it empty.
  4. 04Get the tax badgeSubmit your tax number at the Account Verification stop; a badged cargo listing draws more offers. The transport-licence card is for carriers and does not bind you. If your number is Turkish, verify your phone by SMS as well — it is required to publish a listing; once only, and never asked again unless your number changes.
  5. 05Describe your cargoIn Post & Track press “+ New listing”; pick your sector first, then your sign (General Cargo, Container, Courier…). Every question that sign asks sits in one sheet, column by column: route, cargo kind and dimensions, the truck and trailer type you want, temperature range, loading–delivery dates and delivery terms. Every row is a separate listing, so you can enter several loads in one sitting. A half-finished sheet is kept with your account — start on your phone, carry on at your desk. The listing runs for 14 days.
  6. 06Look for a truck — two waysWaiting and hunting are both open to you:
    • By waiting: carriers who see your listing send offers. They gather on a single card — amount, currency, validity and note; beside them the company’s badge and rating.
    • By hunting: filter the empty-truck listings on the board by lane and vehicle type and write to the carrier directly.
Also set an alert at the alerts stop and pick “supply listings” as its kind: when an empty truck turns up on your lane, word comes to you.
  7. 07Close the deal, take delivery, rateThe moment you accept an offer the job is bound and the listing leaves the board; if you shook hands in the messages, both of you pressing “deal” reaches the same place. Once both sides confirm delivery, mutual rating opens — no one-sided scores.

The long version of every stop is at the How It Works stop.

04When do contact details become visible?

The phone number is written in the listing text — you can see it without an account. The e-mail is masked: once you sign in it opens with one click, and the listing owner sees who opened it. This record is also kept for KVKK (data protection) audits.

05How long does my listing stay up?

Every listing runs for 14 days; when it expires, “renew” in your panel extends it with one click. That keeps the board current and made of genuinely available cargo and trucks.

06How do I get the verified badge?

Submit your tax number and transport licence (K1/K2/K3) at the Account Verification stop in your panel; the licence needs an uploaded document, the tax number does not. Once the check clears, the badge shows on the board, on listing pages and on your company profile. If your company is registered in the EU, enter your VAT number: it is checked instantly in VIES and, if valid, the tax badge is granted at once.

07What is a lane alert and how do I set one up?

At the Alerts stop in your panel you pick a lane (from → to), a transport mode and a category. Every new listing matching that lane reaches you immediately — even at three in the morning. There is no limit on alerts.

08I both ship and carry — do I need two accounts?

No, one account carries both roles. You can enable both at sign-up or later in settings; in one listing you offer cargo, in the next you announce your empty truck.

09Can I find a customs broker or an insurer for my export cargo?

Yes, both sit on the board as their own verticals. For customs brokerage (5A) and freight insurance (6A) you see the listings and write to the broker or the insurer directly; they see your request and quote you back. You run both from the same account as your transport listing; the Incoterms column is ready in the sheet.

10How do deals and ratings work?

When you shake hands with the party you were messaging, both sides press “Deal” on the board and the job is recorded. Accepting an offer leads to the same place: acceptance settles the agreement in a single touch. Once both sides confirm delivery, mutual rating opens — there is no one-sided score, stars accumulate in both directions.

11Is my data safe?

Personal data is processed under privacy law; the privacy notice, explicit-consent text and cookie policy sit openly on the legal documents page. Sensitive fields such as shipper and consignee details stay masked even in the listing detail and open only to the party you agreed with.

12Which languages can I use?

The interface runs in Turkish, English, Russian and Arabic (right to left); you switch from the top menu and your choice is remembered. Listing titles and descriptions are not translated — those are the poster’s own words.
